Dive for Good, began the remarkable Ocean Care Initiative in 2020. Our very own certified divers, from our Dive for Good Centre in Seenigama, collect and dispose of pollution found in the ocean and on the nearby beaches. This included plastic, fabric, polythene, timber, rubber, fishing nets and much more. Our successful clean ups awakened us to the magnitude of the pollution levels in the oceans of Sri Lanka.
